Manage day-to-day orderbook and account-level order fulfillment for assigned channels/customers. Coordinate with sales, distribution, credit, and EDI teams to maximize on-time, in-full delivery. Process cancellations, returns, credits/debits, communicate with retailers and sales reps, run/order-book reporting, and escalate fulfillment risks. Focus on customer experience and cross-functional collaboration.
