Manage and optimize digital and mobile advertising campaigns across platforms, analyze performance data, maintain reporting and flight schedules, implement/test ad products and integrations, coordinate with sales, and drive revenue and advertiser experience improvements.

Lead regional VIP/player development for online sportsbook and iCasino products: drive VIP acquisition, retention, P&L, market share and revenue; manage and develop VIP managers; enforce processes and compliance; provide KPI reporting and competitor intel; coordinate with Risk, AML, Payments, and Responsible Gaming; run events and top-of-funnel VIP sourcing.
