Conducts end-to-end consumer and marketing research using qualitative, quantitative, secondary, and syndicated data. Responsibilities include user interviews, moderated testing, surveys, concept testing, market and category tracking, segmentation, AI-assisted synthesis, vendor coordination, budget management, and KPI measurement. Provides actionable recommendations to Product and Marketing teams supporting product development, consumer engagement, revenue growth, and brand strategy across Canadian and international platforms.

Develop programmatic advertising and data strategies to support sales, client solutions, and revenue growth. Advise sales teams on programmatic deals, data segments, campaign optimization, and client presentations. Use LLMs and generative AI to automate workflows, analyze datasets, and produce insights. Maintain monetization dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting, research new opportunities, and build strong client and partner relationships.
