Teams at Pear VC

Develop core frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure systems for a greenfield AI platform. Responsibilities include building new applications, maintaining and refactoring the codebase, adopting development tools, learning and applying AI, developing fine-tuning pipelines, maintaining GPU clusters, and debugging application issues with customers.

The Partner role involves sourcing top builders at Stanford and UC Berkeley, fostering relationships, and supporting the Pear community through events and mentoring.

As the first engineering hire, you will build the core intelligence engine for factories, handling full-stack development and influencing product decisions.
