Teams at PCI Pharma Services

Leads packaging-line operations on an overnight shift, overseeing up to three lines, packagers, production pace, quality checks, documentation, safety, housekeeping, and waste reduction. Coordinates with Quality Assurance, maintenance, warehouse, and production leadership; troubleshoots equipment issues, escalates downtime, reconciles packaging materials, reviews batch records, and trains new packagers. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Supports clinical business development by managing smaller client accounts, preparing Quarterly Business Reviews, documenting client meetings, responding to inquiries, and coordinating site visits. Conducts lead generation research on biopharma, CRO, medical device, animal health, and cell and gene therapy organizations. Performs outbound calling, maintains Salesforce records, supports trade shows, follows up with clients, and coordinates legal documentation. The role requires over 40% travel and independent remote work.
