Teams at PBS Systems

Provide bilingual English/French technical customer support through email, SMS, and phone. Troubleshoot dealership software issues, document interactions and resolutions in Salesforce, collaborate with support teams, and escalate complex problems. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, CRM experience, and familiarity with dealership operations and automotive tools. This is a fully remote position.
