Create, edit, and submit RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for managed services, cybersecurity, and data centre offerings. Review portals for opportunities, collaborate with engineering/security teams, draft executive summaries, solution descriptions, methodologies, timelines, and supporting materials, maintain reusable content libraries and templates, and produce presentations and client-facing materials. Ensure responses are complete, compliant, and persuasive under tight deadlines.

Serve as primary customer contact for onboarding, support, and escalations; collaborate with sales and technical teams to recommend telecom/IT solutions; manage tickets, SLAs, and account tracking; perform demos, cold calls, upsells, and gather customer feedback to improve service.

The Manager IT oversees service delivery and operations for clients, leading a multi-location team, ensuring compliance with SLAs, managing onboarding, and driving business growth through client engagement.
