Teams at Pathway Communications

Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Exchange Online administration; provision access using RBAC; troubleshoot user, email, device, and connectivity issues; maintain documentation; assist with patching, monitoring, onboarding, offboarding, and basic cloud administration. The intern will also escalate incidents, communicate updates, and learn IT operations and identity-security best practices.
