The role analyzes investment materials, financial information, and market trends; prepares actionable presentations; advances opportunities through the deal lifecycle; and provides analytical and operational support. It requires software M&A transaction experience, financial modeling, accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication abilities.
