The M&A Associate will support the acquisition activities through research, evaluation, due diligence and execution of acquisitions, while managing a robust pipeline of transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support sourcing, evaluating, and executing software company acquisitions. Conduct outreach, build relationships, perform financial and business due diligence, manage deal pipeline, conduct market research, synthesize investment materials, and drive opportunities through the full deal lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally.

Support the legal team managing corporate governance and entity maintenance for U.S. and international subsidiaries: draft board/shareholder documents, maintain minute books and statutory registers, coordinate filings and notarizations, liaise with agents and registries, support compliance, due diligence, M&A activities, and assist counsel with research and document organization.
