Lead Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability engineering for railway and transit projects across design, testing, commissioning, and operations. Develop RAM plans, demonstrations, FRACAS procedures, and technical deliverables; perform FMEA/FMECA, fault-tree analysis, reliability predictions, and availability modeling. Allocate and verify system requirements, support design reviews and supplier evaluations, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements while collaborating with engineering, safety, operations, maintenance, clients, and stakeholders.

Design and document signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics for infrastructure and other public and private projects. Responsibilities include developing layouts, message schedules, information hierarchies, vector artwork, production-ready files, drawing sets, sign plans, elevations, material callouts, and concept presentations. The designer collaborates with architecture, interiors, industrial design, engineering, project management, and sign fabricators, and may support site reviews, audits, and photo documentation.

Provides first-line technical and program support to the public and inspection centre representatives through phone, email, web tickets, video calls, and chat. Troubleshoots and qualifies equipment issues, coordinates resolutions with internal teams, manages customer concerns, meets service-level and quality targets, and maintains customer relationships. The role requires independent work, adaptability, strong communication, analytical and mechanical aptitude, and participation in special projects.
