Manage technical delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects including design, permitting, tender, and construction. Lead and mentor engineering teams, prepare technical reports and proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, support business development, and coordinate agency approvals to maintain project continuity through all phases.

Lead and coordinate track design and alignment for large-scale rail and transit projects using Civil3D or OpenRail Designer. Manage designers/engineers, prepare calculations, plans, reports, specifications and estimates, resolve technical issues, ensure multidisciplinary coordination and QAQC, mentor junior staff, review shop drawings, and support proposals, budgets, and schedule delivery.
