Teams at Parsons Corporation

Leads Parsons’ highway infrastructure business across Eastern and Northern Ontario. Oversees multidisciplinary civil design teams, major MTO highway projects, project delivery, quality assurance, staffing, and client relationships. Develops the regional roads and highways business plan, supports proposals and business development, and manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and technical deliverables. Requires extensive highway engineering and project management experience, Ontario P.Eng. registration, and a strong record leading transportation infrastructure programs.

Supports transportation engineering and traffic design projects, including roadway and intersection improvements, traffic signals, signing, pavement markings, traffic management plans, multimodal studies, field investigations, data compilation, technical documentation, quantity calculations, design reviews, construction administration, and coordination with project teams. Develops CAD drawings and design exhibits while assisting with environmental assessments, permits, utility coordination, and proposals.

Manage technical delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects including design, permitting, tender, and construction. Lead and mentor engineering teams, prepare technical reports and proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, support business development, and coordinate agency approvals to maintain project continuity through all phases.
