Lead and manage highway engineering design and delivery for MTO transportation projects across Ontario. Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with MTO standards, manage risks, prepare technical reports, support project schedules/budgets, and contribute to business development and quality assurance.

Design highway engineering components for MTO projects under a professional engineer’s supervision. Contribute to functional, preliminary, and detailed designs including geometric, grading, drainage, storm sewer, roadside safety, signage, pavement marking, construction staging, traffic management, roadway modelling, quantity estimating, utility coordination, contract documents, technical reports, QA, and assist with proposals and project schedules and budgets.

Lead the structural BIM team to develop and coordinate Revit-based structural 3D models, prepare drawings and BIM deliverables, run clash detection, extract data for QTO and schedules, ensure compliance with BIM standards (TIDP/MIDP/CDE), and mentor junior technologists to meet project quality and constructability requirements.
