Manage technical delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects including design, permitting, tender, and construction. Lead and mentor engineering teams, prepare technical reports and proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, support business development, and coordinate agency approvals to maintain project continuity through all phases.

Lead technical delivery of water and wastewater conveyance projects across design, tender, and construction. Provide engineering expertise, ensure regulatory compliance, manage multi‑project teams, mentor staff, support business development, coordinate agency approvals, and oversee technical proposal preparation and client engagement.

Designs and supports highway and transportation infrastructure projects from planning and preliminary design through detailed design and construction support. Responsibilities include roadway geometric design, grading, drainage, utilities, safety, signage, modeling, technical documentation, cost estimating, tender packages, stakeholder coordination, construction staging, quality reviews, client meetings, and mentoring junior staff. Requires MTO project experience, professional engineering registration in Ontario, and proficiency with OpenRoads, MicroStation, and AutoCAD.
