Coordinates marketing initiatives from intake through execution and reporting. Builds project plans and workflows, manages timelines, dependencies, approvals, contributors, vendors, and marketing tools, and maintains dashboards and performance reports. Improves marketing processes, communicates progress, resolves issues, and supports cross-functional delivery across marketing, fundraising, research, and other teams. The role is fully remote across Canada.
