Own and grow a portfolio of merchants for Pay by Bank: act as primary contact, drive retention and upsells, conduct business reviews, resolve escalations, analyze processing trends, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product value and regulatory/compliance guidance.

Owner of 24/7 operational monitoring and Tier-2 technical escalations for a Pay-by-Bank API. Troubleshoot integrations, use observability data (Grafana, logs) to detect patterns, liaise with engineering for RCA, maintain runbooks/status pages, participate in rotating on-call shifts, and advocate for merchant experience and SLO alignment.
