Lead Solutions Engineer will develop technical solutions for complex payment integrations, ensuring seamless merchant onboarding by collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Owns the strategy, commercialization, and revenue growth of emerging verticals across fintech and payments markets. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing opportunities, developing multiyear growth plans, owning revenue quotas, leading strategic enterprise deals, guiding product investment, establishing KPI and governance frameworks, and aligning Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales. The role also serves as a strategic partner to the CRO and supports complex, high-value business development opportunities.
