Design and deliver secure, scalable enterprise search and knowledge-retrieval solutions powered by Generative AI. Build production RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, grounding, citations, and response generation. Develop Python APIs integrating enterprise data sources, optimize search relevance, evaluate LLM solutions, and implement access controls, observability, testing, CI/CD, and production support. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex information needs into useful, traceable answers.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications by translating business requirements into tested software. Design scalable web architectures, REST APIs, user interfaces, databases, and backend services using Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, and Azure. Support troubleshooting, migrations, CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure, Agile delivery, technical solutioning, and stakeholder engagement. The role also involves performance optimization, security compliance, mentoring junior developers, project estimation, and knowledge sharing.

Build and integrate AI agents, assistants, agentic workflows, APIs, MCP services, backend systems, secure data solutions, and front-end components for a public-sector AI platform. The role involves researching emerging AI technologies, integrating enterprise systems, collaborating in Agile teams, and independently driving secure, scalable technical delivery from high-level requirements to completion.
