Develop and support enterprise .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Blazor WebAssembly, and Entity Framework. Build RESTful services, write unit tests, debug production issues, integrate Azure authentication solutions, and deliver secure, accessible AODA-compliant applications. Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders throughout Agile delivery and release cycles.

Lead API testing, test automation, and database validation for government services. Develop Playwright and UFT test suites, execute SQL-based data validation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, assess performance, API security, and accessibility, and manage defect triage and resolution. Create auditable test plans, cases, and data strategies while mentoring teams and improving testing maturity.

Supports business and technology transformation initiatives by eliciting and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with business and technical teams. The role contributes to solution delivery, process improvement, UAT, release planning, incident and change activities, risk identification, and business readiness across children, youth, and social services programs.
