Owns the end-to-end software release lifecycle, coordinating engineering, DevOps, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities include release planning and scheduling, deployment execution, milestone and dependency management, risk and quality oversight, go/no-go facilitation, contingency planning, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. The role also identifies and scales AI and automation tools to improve release efficiency, reduce manual coordination, detect risks earlier, and accelerate deployment cadence.
