Owns the end-to-end software release lifecycle, coordinating engineering, DevOps, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities include release planning and scheduling, deployment execution, milestone and dependency management, risk and quality oversight, go/no-go facilitation, contingency planning, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. The role also identifies and scales AI and automation tools to improve release efficiency, reduce manual coordination, detect risks earlier, and accelerate deployment cadence.

Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery. Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and business leaders to define goals, manage dependencies, risks, milestones, resources, and delivery commitments. Provide data-driven program reporting, improve Agile governance and delivery practices, resolve blockers, and drive alignment toward scalable, reliable SaaS outcomes. The role also involves stakeholder management, decision-making, process improvement, and responsible use of AI tools for program analysis and documentation.

Leads PAR Technology’s Hardware Product Management organization and owns the Drive-Thru product portfolio. Defines product strategy, roadmaps, market positioning, and business performance while managing Product Managers. Partners with Engineering, Project Management, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver connected hardware and software-enabled solutions from concept through launch and sustainment. Oversees customer research, product requirements, financial performance, go-to-market execution, team development, and portfolio growth.
