Lead architecture and hands-on development for a zero-to-one, real-time content platform. Build scalable backend services, collaborative editing and synchronization systems, frontend visual editing experiences, APIs, publishing workflows, and developer extension layers. Partner with product and design, establish engineering standards, make build-versus-buy decisions, mentor engineers, and engage customers to validate architectural choices.

Own the physical and virtual employee experience across six global offices: manage facilities, vendors, office operations, events, ERGs, onboarding, swag and recognition programs, and support office expansion while partnering with People leadership to create consistent, welcoming experiences.

Build and ship full-stack features for a real-time collaborative content platform, spanning backend services, APIs, and frontend systems. Contribute to architecture and technical design, write tested and maintainable code, collaborate with product and design, integrate AI tools and capabilities, participate in code reviews, and help shape an early-stage product.
