Build and maintain scalable, reliable data systems and pipelines, uphold SLOs, partner with Product/Sales/Finance, enable self-service analytics, contribute to data platform strategy, and improve engineering practices for testing, reliability, and documentation.

Own operational excellence and governance for the PDE SDLC, manage and integrate core tools (ProductBoard, Jira, Amplitude, etc.), drive data integrity and automation, create SOPs and workflows, and partner with senior leadership to influence product, design, and engineering operations.

Lead the Hosting Platform engineering team owning roadmap, reliability, scalability, and performance for hundreds of thousands of sites. Drive architecture for edge delivery, container orchestration, databases, caching, and multi-tenant infrastructure; define SLOs, observability, and incident response. Mentor managers and senior engineers, handle critical customer escalations, balance technical debt, and champion AI-native tooling and automation.
