Perform daily BIM modeling and coordination using Revit/AutoCAD tools, develop BIM standards, templates, and families, support 2D drafting, attend coordination meetings, produce 3D renderings and electronic take-offs, and ensure timely deliverables while supporting design team and customers.

Support the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects. Perform site visits, manage schedules, resources, procurement, technical documentation, project communications, client walkthroughs, and ensure quality and timely project closeouts. May lead smaller projects.

The Project Coordinator will manage and execute project plans, ensuring client satisfaction while coordinating resources and schedules in support of the Project Manager.
