Lead technical discovery and solution design for customers throughout the sales process. Identify technical roadblocks, design integrations with existing technology stacks, answer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, explain technical concepts to stakeholders, and support PagerDuty integrations. Partner with sales, product, and cross-functional teams while managing multiple customer-focused tasks.

Manage a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, driving adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop account plans, negotiate renewal proposals, monitor customer health through analytics and telemetry, identify churn risks, and provide consultative product guidance. Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, and Renewals teams on contracting, forecasting, and reporting while using Salesforce and customer analytics tools to achieve revenue and retention goals.

Lead PagerDuty’s industry analyst relations program by developing strategy, shaping category messaging, building analyst relationships, coordinating briefings, supporting executive spokespeople, managing program data and calendars, prioritizing information requests, and measuring marketing and sales impact. Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. The role requires enterprise technology communications or product marketing experience, strong content creation and program management skills, and familiarity with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
