Lead and scale Paddle's paid search program across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Own strategy, execution, experimentation, attribution, reporting, budget management, landing page CRO, and cross-functional alignment to drive high-quality B2B demand and revenue.

The Partner Marketing & Community Lead will design and execute programs to activate partners, drive awareness and referrals for Paddle, while collaborating with marketing teams on co-created content and partner enablement.

As a Manager of Solutions Engineering at Paddle, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, fostering collaboration and driving revenue while ensuring high-quality implementations and a positive team culture.
