Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Lead AI transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Identify high-value opportunities, design and deploy production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, integrations, and enterprise solutions, then drive adoption and measure business impact. Partner with functional leaders, make sound decisions about AI suitability, redesign operating models, improve reliability and governance, and mentor colleagues while establishing reusable standards across the organization.

Lead and scale payroll operations across the Americas, managing distributed payroll specialists, escalations, vendors, controls, compliance, service levels, and process improvements. Provide technical guidance on US and Canadian payroll, with coverage of key Latin American markets. Partner cross-functionally to support regional expansion, improve customer trust and accuracy, and drive automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
