As a Strategic People Partner, you will work with senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, manage organizational design, and drive employee relations while optimizing people processes in a remote setting.

Own and run the Deal Strategy intake: review pricing/discounts, triage legal and treasury exceptions, validate order forms, prioritise high-impact deals, maintain clause and pricing playbooks, run cross-functional taskforces, track deal metrics, and design guardrails and enablement for scalable approvals.

Partner with Sales Executives to run technical pre-sales conversations about global employment, build scalable templates and AI/automation tools, create deal strategy and implementation readiness plans, surface product feedback, and enable the sales organization to close and scale deals across multiple countries.
