Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Own end-to-end B2B integrated growth campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities. Develop campaign strategies, channel mixes, budgets, messaging, enablement, and quarterly plans across email, webinars, events, content, direct mail, referrals, and demos. Partner with marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and BDRs to execute campaigns, measure attribution and ROI, optimize performance through testing, and create repeatable playbooks. The role also explores AI and emerging technologies for segmentation, personalization, content, and workflow automation.

Own product vision, strategy, and execution for Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain. Lead discovery, roadmap, and delivery with Engineering and Design; embed regulatory and compliance requirements; leverage AI/automation and data to improve outcomes; align cross-functional stakeholders and measure impact.
