Teams at Outschool

Build and operate full-stack product experiences using React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and related technologies. Own projects from discovery through launch and iteration, design scalable systems, improve performance and reliability, use AI-native development tools, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call, and mentor engineers. The role is based in the Haeundae, Busan office Tuesday through Friday, with remote work on Mondays.

Own products across Outschool’s consumer marketplace and Education Savings Account business. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, setting product strategy and roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle, conducting customer research, defining metrics, designing experiments, analyzing results, and partnering with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful experiences for learners, families, and educators.

Develop and improve Outschool’s full-stack products using an AI-native development approach. Responsibilities include leading engineering initiatives, collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams, making technical tradeoffs, contributing to AI development practices, participating in agile ceremonies, deployments, and on-call rotations. Senior-level engineers may mentor teammates and influence technical direction.
