Design and run experiments to characterize OLED and related semiconductor devices, analyze and present data, operate and troubleshoot R&D equipment, collaborate with engineers, maintain lab safety, and generate test documentation to support materials development and production readiness.

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations. Oversee cloud and on‑prem systems, cybersecurity, IT service management, vendor relationships, budgets, and major projects to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant IT services.

Provide on-site IT administration and day-to-day end-user support, manage hardware/software deployments, monitor systems and networks, perform maintenance and patching, support cybersecurity best practices, maintain asset records and documentation, coordinate vendors, and assist with onboarding and technical issue resolution.
