Teams at Oregon Judicial Department

Provides employee relations services and consults with correctional institution managers on hiring, placement, investigations, discipline, performance management, protected leave, accommodations, and employment laws. The role collaborates with employees, unions, management, and external stakeholders; interprets policies and collective bargaining agreements; maintains confidential records; and supports workplace safety within a secure correctional facility. Initial onboarding is onsite, followed by potential hybrid work. Occasional travel between institutions and emergency callback duties may be required.
