Teams at OPTrust

Lead fixed income (Canada & US) and global FX trading and portfolio strategies, execute derivative and cash trades, manage liability hedging and liquidity, build relationships with sell-side, produce trade and cost reporting, improve desk tools and processes, develop AI-enabled pricing/trading tools, coordinate with risk, finance, compliance and contribute to Total Fund initiatives.

Lead OPTrust's Total Portfolio modernization and strategic innovation portfolio, integrating technology, analytics, and investment strategy. Drive cross-functional coordination, develop risk and analytics frameworks, implement pilots to remove low-value work, and manage external partnerships and at least one investment professional to accelerate capability development and informed portfolio decision-making.

Prepare and distribute pension, entitlement and vendor payments; maintain vendor banking and corporate card records; perform monthly reconciliations and tax-slip processing; produce reports for management and governance bodies; support finance team analyses and ensure timely completion of periodic finance activities.
