Provides pension education and guidance to members through telephone and written communication. Explains pension plan provisions, legislation, entitlements, benefits, and statements; processes pension transactions; manages caseloads within service standards; resolves discrepancies; performs accurate calculations; and collaborates with members, employers, and internal teams while following organizational policies.

Processes and reconciles pension contribution, special payment, cash receipt, and transfer transactions. Prepares periodic financial reporting and analyzes financial data. Supports accounting policy improvements, data validation, user acceptance testing, and automation enhancements for financial and pension systems. Provides accounting guidance, maintains controls, resolves transaction issues, and follows organizational policies and procedures.
