Performs IT audit and compliance activities, including evidence gathering, control testing, remediation planning, ITGC management, access reviews, and change management. Develops business requirements, process documentation, and improvements; supports data analysis, reporting, user acceptance testing, training, and application support. Leads routine projects, coordinates teams, manages risks, and bridges business and technical stakeholders within the IT security and governance function.

Manages OPTrust’s public reputation, media relations, advocacy strategy, policy research, stakeholder outreach, and external communications. Advises senior management and trustees on emerging policy and geopolitical issues, prepares consultation submissions and briefing materials, supports OPTrust Select growth, organizes strategic events, and represents the organization publicly. The role requires extensive government or public affairs experience, strong political judgment, research and communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex issues clearly.

Processes and reconciles payment transactions, including multicurrency payments, HST, bank accounts, suspense accounts, and corporate card accruals. Maintains Concur and supports Oracle Financials transactions, month-end reporting, journal entries, and financial analysis. Investigates discrepancies, documents procedures, supports system testing and enhancements, and provides HST analysis and reporting. Requires strong reconciliation, analytical, organizational, communication, and accounting skills.
