Design, build, and operate global cloud infrastructure for a containerized SaaS platform. Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, improve automation and observability, define SLOs/SLIs, participate in on-call rotation, mentor engineers, and support cross-functional teams with technical issues.

Lead design and implementation of test automation frameworks, architect AI-driven and self-healing testing ecosystems, build automation for web SaaS services, mentor SDETs, prototype agentic tooling, and collaborate across platform and product teams to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity.

Design, build, and own production ML and LLM-powered product features (chat, RAG, semantic search, data extraction). Write maintainable code and docs, debug issues, collaborate with product and design, follow Agile practices, and stay current on AI/ML methods.
