Hands-on owner of marketing systems (Marketo and connected tools), responsible for lead lifecycle/scoring, integrations and troubleshooting, email operations, tracking/attribution, data hygiene, documentation, partner/agency direction, and driving AI-powered automation to optimize marketing processes.

Lead marketing measurement and analytics across campaign, channel, and funnel; own attribution and forecasting; apply ML/LLM techniques for propensity scoring, forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated insights; manage marketing data stack (Salesforce, MAP, warehouse); build dashboards, deliver executive analyses, and mentor analysts.

Architect, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling for web backend services; drive adoption of AI-driven, self-healing testing ecosystems; mentor SDETs; prototype agentic tooling; collaborate with infra and product teams to improve testability, reliability, and delivery velocity.

Lead and deliver full-stack SaaS features: design architecture, implement Node.js back-end APIs, develop React/Vue/Ember front-ends, write tests, debug, mentor engineers, and collaborate in Agile to build scalable cyber-risk solutions.
