Lead and deliver technology risk and cybersecurity advisory engagements: scope projects, assess and test controls (IT, application, business), apply risk frameworks, review policies and procedures, manage risks and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support practice growth and business development.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse consulting and professional services roles: partner with stakeholders, source and screen candidates, maintain ATS records and talent pipelines, and drive candidate experience and hiring metrics.

Support financial services consulting engagements by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, designing future-state solutions, developing client deliverables (presentations, reports, financial models), supporting project planning and client workshops, performing industry and regulatory research, and contributing to business development and internal knowledge initiatives.
