Lead analytics and operations for Sales and Services: build dashboards, forecasts, and financial models; surface data-driven insights; manage requests and stakeholder relationships; improve SFDC data and processes; partner with BI and product teams to optimize reporting and operational efficiency.

Prototype, evaluate, and productionize machine learning systems for restaurant content understanding, retrieval, ranking, matching, and recommendations. Build scalable data and ML pipelines, design experiments and evaluation frameworks, apply LLMs and multimodal methods, and develop reusable tooling. The role requires collaboration with engineering, product, and content teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable ML solutions.

Lead product design for OpenTable’s OTKit design system and Table Management System platform. Shape design-system strategy, governance, adoption, and documentation; translate complex operational workflows into localized web and native experiences; and integrate responsible AI into prototyping, design QA, accessibility, and component guidance. Partner with engineering, product, research, and data teams to ensure cohesive, accessible implementation across platforms while mentoring and enabling product teams.
