Drive quarterly priorities, coordinate cross-functional work, mentor engineers, manage on-call responsibilities, improve reliability, and communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Lead FP&A for OpEx, CapEx, and commissions: own budgeting, forecasting, ROI modeling, commission plan oversight, management reporting, and process automation while partnering with operational leaders.

Lead and grow a team of DBAs and data engineers to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data infrastructure. Oversee heterogeneous databases, define cloud and containerization strategies, drive IaC and automation, support data pipelines and ETL/ELT, and implement high availability and disaster recovery practices.
