Manage and grow dealer relationships, lead and coach a team on portfolio management and business development, forecast local opportunities, ensure compliance, and drive risk mitigation and operational efficiencies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Perform pre- and post-sale vehicle inspections and test drives; diagnose and assist with repairs (brakes, exhaust, alignments, A/C); conduct routine maintenance (oil, fluids, tires); support shop operations, move vehicles, assist senior technicians, and help source parts and complete work orders while working toward 310S certification.

Drive dealer consignment and purchase activity by growing sales on OPENLANE platforms. Re-engage sellers, maintain CRM and Zoom compliance, close at-auction and digital if-bids, build customer and cross-team relationships, and use company tools to increase dealer penetration and revenue.
