Build and deploy AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data products supporting compensation, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Analyze ambiguous people and compensation questions, validate data quality, support benchmarking and leveling projects, and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations. The role also partners with HRIS administrators, improves Rippling-based workflows, supports recruiting analytics, and proactively prepares tools for major HR cycles.

Build and deploy AI agents, reusable skills, and automated workflows that improve Accounting operations. Identify manual processes, prioritize automation opportunities, integrate systems, support journal entries and reconciliations, validate AI outputs, design exception handling, document solutions, and drive adoption. Partner with Accounting, IT, and system owners while measuring time savings, accuracy, reliability, and ongoing system improvements.

Administer global endpoint, identity, SaaS, and workplace technology systems. Manage Jamf, Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365; deploy configurations, applications, patches, encryption, and security controls; troubleshoot complex technical issues; manage hardware and software lifecycles; automate workflows; document processes; and partner with Security, Engineering, and Workplace teams on integrations, access, onboarding, offboarding, and infrastructure outages.
