Owns Opendoor’s enterprise identity control plane, including workforce authentication, passwordless access, session policies, non-human and AI-agent identities, lifecycle automation, access governance, and identity-as-code. Builds Okta integrations and first-party tooling, enforces secure defaults across SaaS and AI tools, supplies identity telemetry to detection systems, supports incident response, and mentors security and IT engineers.

Own indirect procurement and commercial contracting from intake through signature, negotiating MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and SaaS agreements. Manage purchasing workflows and POs in Ramp or similar platforms, improve spend visibility and vendor performance, assess commercial and contractual risk, and escalate material issues. Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams while using automation and AI to improve contract review and procurement operations.

Build machine learning, causal inference, optimization, and decision systems supporting customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, marketing measurement, and conversion. Develop intent, conversion, lifetime value, and marketing allocation models; estimate incremental impact; and translate research into production systems. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales while owning model evaluation and improvement.

Execute and optimize seller lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using Iterable. Build audiences, journeys, triggers, experiments, and personalized templates; QA campaign launches; analyze funnel and customer behavior; troubleshoot issues; and develop testing roadmaps. The role partners cross-functionally while using AI to improve campaign development, analysis, quality, and execution velocity.

Owns Opendoor’s end-to-end SEO strategy across seller and buyer experiences. Responsibilities include technical SEO, search-intent prioritization, content strategy, AI search visibility, SEO reporting, and organic acquisition growth. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Content, and Performance Marketing to improve crawlability, rendering, page speed, structured data, rankings, traffic, account creates, and conversions. It also develops AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, content operations, audits, and scalable SEO execution.
