Provide end-to-end technical support for OpenAI products, troubleshooting API failures, integrations, authentication, and production incidents. Own escalations, reproduce issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to prevent recurrence. Drive automation and AI-powered tooling to scale operations, and provide occasional on-call holiday/weekend support.

Provide expert technical support for strategic enterprise customers using the OpenAI API. Lead incident response, design monitoring/alerting, run 24x7 operational processes, automate support workflows with scripting, collaborate with engineering on reliability and preparedness, analyze metrics and RCAs, and provide occasional holiday and weekend coverage.
