Teams at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

Provide high-level administrative support to Technology senior leaders: manage calendars and travel, prepare presentations and meeting materials, take minutes, handle correspondence, process expenses and invoices, support budgets, coordinate events, and represent the leaders' office with discretion and initiative.

Support daily portfolio operations across public markets, manage reconciliations and corporate actions, oversee pricing, valuations and P&L analysis, enforce operational controls, investigate exceptions, drive automation and process improvements, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of private investment deals, act as subject matter expert and primary point of contact, manage deal data and reporting, provide advisory to senior management, improve processes, and train/cross-train team members to ensure accurate, timely, and well-structured deal execution.
