Review prospectuses and filings, lead continuous disclosure reviews, contribute to policy development, interact with market participants, and manage complex regulatory projects to support investor protection and capital market confidence.

Support oversight of self-regulatory organizations and investor protection funds by reviewing financial and regulatory filings, assessing accounting and internal control matters, analyzing data and trends, researching regulatory and market issues, preparing briefing materials, liaising with stakeholders, and contributing to policy and special projects to support market integrity and investor protection.

The Senior Data Scientist will design and deliver data science solutions, lead analytics initiatives, and mentor junior colleagues while driving data-driven decision-making across the OSC.
