Leads complex cross-functional business, operational, and technology-enabled projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include project planning, budgets, risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, governance, executive reporting, change management, portfolio reporting, and project management standards. The role also supports project portfolio platform administration, user guidance, issue triage, training, and continuous improvement across the OSC and CSA Secretariat.

Leads enterprise records management and information governance, including retention schedules, classification, metadata, legal holds, disposition, compliance monitoring, and information remediation. Designs and implements governance capabilities in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Purview. Advises business, legal, privacy, security, risk, audit, and technology partners; supports legacy repository migrations, change management, training, controls, reporting, and governance adoption.

Provides HR advisory services across full-cycle recruitment, disability and claims management, employee and management support, HR programs, compliance, and workforce reporting. Partners with HR business partners and leaders on complex staffing, policy interpretation, accommodation and return-to-work matters, committee activities, student programs, and HR initiatives. Maintains HR and workforce data, tracks metrics, and supports recruitment agencies and candidate sourcing.
