Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, performance reporting, and direct reports while collaborating with property, leasing, operations, and centralized marketing teams.

Develop and lead portfolio analytics for the Global Credit investment team. Build reliable data pipelines, quantitative models, AI-powered analytical products, and investment tools. Own end-to-end product delivery, ensure data quality, optimize technology infrastructure, translate business requirements into solutions, and communicate technical insights to portfolio managers and other investment stakeholders.

Evaluate and execute private equity investments through industry research, competitor analysis, financial statement review, financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and return-risk assessment. Build relationships to source deals, prepare investment presentations, and manage portfolio companies. Support acquisitions, capital structure management, refinancing, tax planning, capital budgeting, financial reporting, and operating projects alongside management teams.
