Lead physical climate risk methodology and integration across investment, asset management, development, and operations. Monitor regulation, translate climate modelling into actionable recommendations, oversee data and analytics, support resilience planning, coordinate cross-functional regulatory responses, prepare executive materials, and represent the firm in external working groups.

Lead and enhance enterprise operational risk management by identifying, assessing, measuring and monitoring risks, managing incident escalation and policy exceptions, developing KRIs, supporting GRC tool reporting, and delivering risk reporting to senior leadership and board committees while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

Coordinate and consolidate investment financial data, prepare investment-related notes to consolidated financial statements, support audits, draft accounting policy, reconcile automated inbound data, manage intercompany loan documentation, support transformation projects, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities while collaborating with stakeholders and auditors.
