Provide full-spectrum executive administrative support to an SVP and six VPs, managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, reports and presentations. Coordinate events, Town Halls, invoice processing, and stakeholder communications while improving team efficiency and contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Lead Technology Risk and Cybersecurity Assurance, manage a team, develop OT cybersecurity frameworks, oversee ITGCs and third-party controls, maintain risk register and KRIs, drive remediation and audits, deliver executive reporting, advise stakeholders, and run training and continuous improvement activities.

Lead and expand a global investment communications program: build strategy, manage media and issues, produce transaction and sustainable investing communications, oversee channels and analytics, advise senior leaders, and lead a small team to protect and advance OMERS brand and reputation.
