The Director, Legal and Compliance will enhance compliance frameworks, support investment teams, and manage regulatory requirements for OMERS Infrastructure's global operations.

Supports the organization’s policy program by coordinating reviews, maintaining policy documentation and version control, monitoring compliance activities, and improving compliance processes. The role provides policy expertise, manages stakeholder communications, supports regulatory and industry trend analysis, develops procedures and planning templates, and identifies process improvements. It requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Coordinates operational technology projects from planning through delivery, including schedules, budgets, documentation, risks, quality activities, maintenance windows, stakeholder communications, contracts, procurement, purchase orders, and expense tracking. Supports property, business, technical, Legal, and Procurement teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
