As a People Partner at OLIX, you will support HR operations, guide managers on HR matters, ensure compliance with employment law, handle employee relations, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical leadership, operations, and commercial roles. Build scalable sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, uphold candidate experience, evolve recruiting systems and reporting, improve processes (DEI tracking, interview calibration), and manage external talent partners.

Design, build, and own CI/build/test pipelines for a compiler/runtime/simulator stack; scale and parallelize large test suites, manage heterogeneous CI runner fleets and scarce hardware, implement perf-regression baselines and observability, and define hermetic, safe-by-default build and test standards to maximize developer velocity.
