Provide onsite and remote IT support across multiple offices, assisting with workstations, mobile devices, business applications, audiovisual equipment, connectivity, and office technology. Troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, escalate issues, maintain hardware inventories, support office moves and events, and collaborate with technical teams. The role also includes remote-office support, project assistance, training, time tracking, and occasional after-hours or weekend coverage.
