Lead and grow a software engineering team developing Okta Access Gateway, a high-throughput hybrid access and gateway platform. Responsibilities include people leadership, hiring, roadmap execution, agile delivery, architectural reviews, threat modeling, operational excellence, security, performance, containerization, deployment automation, and integration with Okta Identity Cloud. The role requires strong distributed systems, enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, CI/CD, and security expertise, along with effective cross-functional communication.

Lead full-stack engineering for Okta Workflows’ no-code Integration Builder. Design and deliver secure, scalable front-end and back-end features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Drive architecture, testing, deployment, observability, incident response, and performance improvements. Collaborate with Product, Design, Platform, and Architecture teams, contribute to technical planning, and mentor engineers while promoting strong engineering standards and intuitive user experiences.

Develop scalable semantic data models, measurement strategies, executive dashboards, and product insights for Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. Own data lifecycle management, enable data tooling, educate stakeholders, support self-service analytics, and ensure privacy and governance. Translate business needs into technical requirements while partnering across teams to improve product, revenue, and customer success metrics.
