Teams at Okta

Facilitate scrum events across multiple digital SaaS teams, remove impediments, coach and onboard team members, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with Product Owners and Technical Program Managers to groom backlogs, set sprint and quarterly plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and deliver customer-focused product outcomes.

Lead time-boxed technical sprints and specialist overlays to drive adoption of new Okta capabilities. Advise early adopters on architecture and configuration, capture telemetry for product teams, create repeatable playbooks, coordinate handoffs to core TAMs, and partner with engineering and product teams to scale identity solutions.

The role involves solving complex technical problems as a full-stack engineer, optimizing front-end performance, and collaborating closely with designers to enhance user experiences. Responsibilities include code and design reviews, documentation, and a strong emphasis on accessibility and using AI tools to improve workflows.
