Acts as a trusted customer advisor, translates business needs into actionable strategies, supports project planning, conducts health checks, and communicates technical information to executives and nontechnical stakeholders. Requires extensive IT architecture, consulting, IAM, cloud, application integration, and customer identity experience, with travel up to 50%.

Lead go-to-market and lifecycle marketing for Okta Device Access. Own positioning, messaging, launches, field and partner enablement, customer adoption, and expansion strategies. Translate identity, authentication, device-security, and operating-system capabilities into compelling customer value. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, and partners to shape commercialization, enable deployments, and measure adoption, launch performance, pipeline influence, and customer outcomes.

Own zero-to-one development of AI agent authorization and phishing-resistant authentication capabilities. Design scalable backend architectures, complex API integrations, and robust fullstack applications using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vercel, and AWS. Shape product direction, modernize software development through AI tooling, improve reliability and engineering excellence, make lasting architectural decisions, and coach engineers while maintaining strong customer and security focus.
