Build and maintain scalable platform infrastructure across Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure using infrastructure-as-code. Architect resilient distributed systems, improve performance and cost efficiency, establish observability and SLOs, and design secure-by-default solutions. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, mentor engineers, participate in incident response and on-call rotation, and drive preventative improvements through root-cause analysis.

Provides principal-level technical guidance to strategic enterprise customers implementing large-scale Auth0 CIAM solutions. Responsibilities include architecture advisory, troubleshooting, pre-sales and NPI support, system integrator collaboration, developer enablement, full-stack prototyping, escalation management, and product feedback. The role mentors customer and field teams, develops technical resources, and uses AI tools to accelerate implementation and documentation.

Drive adoption, customer success, and retention for Auth0 enterprise accounts. Advise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams on CIAM implementations, troubleshoot complex deployments, develop proofs of concept, support product launches, create technical enablement materials, and provide feedback to Product Management. The role requires hands-on full-stack development, identity protocol expertise, threat mitigation knowledge, and the ability to lead multiple technical customer engagements.
