Leads client relationships and agency teams for healthcare advertising accounts. Develops communication strategies, creative briefs, budgets, timelines, profitability plans, and client growth initiatives. Oversees campaign execution, quality, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic consulting while mentoring account staff and supporting new business development.

Serve as the primary day-to-day client liaison, manage account operations, champion creative work, coordinate internal checkpoints and reporting, support project logistics and scheduling, and mentor junior team members to drive client growth and effective campaign delivery.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to produce creative work. Support brief development, staffing/scoping, media and advocacy activities, present basic business analysis, spot scope changes, and contribute to new business efforts while anticipating client needs in a fast-paced agency environment.
