Leads client relationships and agency teams for healthcare advertising accounts. Develops communication strategies, creative briefs, budgets, timelines, profitability plans, and client growth initiatives. Oversees campaign execution, quality, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic consulting while mentoring account staff and supporting new business development.

Manage delivery of medical education programs from initiation to delivery, supervise account teams, support strategy development, coordinate cross-functional project execution, ensure quality, budgets and billing, and mentor junior account staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Serve as the primary day-to-day client liaison, manage account operations, champion creative work, coordinate internal checkpoints and reporting, support project logistics and scheduling, and mentor junior team members to drive client growth and effective campaign delivery.
