Manage delivery of medical education programs from initiation to delivery, supervise account teams, support strategy development, coordinate cross-functional project execution, ensure quality, budgets and billing, and mentor junior account staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Serve as the primary day-to-day client liaison, manage account operations, champion creative work, coordinate internal checkpoints and reporting, support project logistics and scheduling, and mentor junior team members to drive client growth and effective campaign delivery.

Support brief development, staffing/scoping, media and advocacy activities, present basic business analysis, spot scope changes, and contribute to new business efforts while anticipating client needs in a fast-paced agency environment.
