Office of the Auditor General of Ontario

The Office of the Auditor General of Ontario is an independent, non-partisan office of the Legislative Assembly. It conducts independent financial-statement and performance audits, and special reports, covering provincial ministries, Crown agencies and broader-public-sector organizations. Its work provides MPPs and Ontarians with findings on the stewardship of public funds and government performance, helping the Legislature hold the government accountable and assess value for money.
