Coordinates strategic planning and organizational performance initiatives by tracking goals, milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress. Develops performance metrics, scorecards, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and planning tools. Supports leadership decision-making through analysis, trend identification, briefings, and recommendations. Works cross-functionally to improve operating models, planning practices, prioritization, capacity visibility, and disciplined execution.

Leads day-to-day Finance operations, supervises two team members, oversees month-end close, payroll entries, internal controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax, compliance, and policy documentation. The role provides financial insights to leadership and governance bodies, supports strategic planning, improves processes, and coordinates financial services for a not-for-profit organization.

Leads sector-wide data strategy and research for Ontario’s public colleges. Develops analyses, models, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials; identifies trends and opportunities; improves data governance and accessibility; and translates complex datasets into actionable recommendations. Builds relationships with colleges, government, and sector organizations, facilitates data initiatives, supports policy and planning, and promotes evidence-based decision-making through presentations, workshops, publications, and stakeholder engagement.
