The Product Manager will define and execute on the product portfolio, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and understand developer needs, particularly in AI applications.

Support and maintain go-to-market systems (CRM, CS platforms), build and troubleshoot workflows and automations, ensure data quality and integrations, produce reporting and dashboards, document processes, and drive automation and cross-functional operational improvements.

Build and modernize the Nylas Dashboard and related full‑stack product surfaces. Own frontend shell, shared components, backend APIs, data models, permissions, and integrations. Implement AI-native and agent-facing experiences, optimize performance, improve onboarding and observability, and create reusable platform patterns while partnering with product, design, backend, and customer-facing teams.
