Teams at Numerator

Manage and grow a small ML/GenAI engineering team while remaining hands-on: design and implement GenAI systems (agents, RAG, tool use), build NLP solutions (NER, classification, retrieval, summarization), partner with PMs and engineers to scope and ship features, and coach engineers on technical and career growth.

Serve as day-to-day engagement lead and project manager for strategic CPG, retail, and consumer clients. Deliver analytic insights using Numerator panel and survey data, drive client utilization of platform and consulting resources, support product development, contribute to sales as subject-matter expert, create thought leadership, and present findings to stakeholders. Manage relationships, project timelines, and business reviews to grow accounts and improve client outcomes.
