Teams at Numerator

Manage and grow a small ML/GenAI engineering team while remaining hands-on: design and implement GenAI systems (agents, RAG, tool use), build NLP solutions (NER, classification, retrieval, summarization), partner with PMs and engineers to scope and ship features, and coach engineers on technical and career growth.

Supports enterprise clients through custom market research analyses, consumer panel data interpretation, business intelligence platform guidance, and actionable recommendations. The role develops expertise in Numerator data and solutions, presents consumer behavior insights through client and industry channels, and builds trusted client partnerships. Responsibilities also include designing reports, deriving insights, communicating findings, and applying AI tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
