As a Staff Engineer for Nubank's Credit Card platform, you will lead architectural strategies, mentor engineering teams, and oversee complex system transformations while ensuring compliance in multiple regulatory environments.

Lead technical direction and delivery of large-scale, distributed backend systems. Mentor engineers across teams, drive architecture and resilient solutions, collaborate with Product and Design, ensure observability and performance, participate in on-call rotations, write and review code, and support CI/CD and cloud deployments across services.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the long-term technical strategy for Nubank's credit card platform, ensuring scalability, mentoring engineers, and solving complex architectural challenges while maintaining compliance.
