As an AI Native Staff Software Engineer, you'll design and manage AI workflows, set development standards, ensure observability of AI systems, and align teams on outcomes while focusing on operational excellence and embedding responsible AI.

Lead technical direction across multiple teams for large-scale, distributed backend systems. Design and deliver scalable microservices, ensure observability and performance, mentor engineers, participate in incident response, and collaborate with Product and Design. Work primarily on backend services (Clojure/Finagle/Kafka/AWS) with occasional contributions to frontend and mobile as needed.
