Provides L3 managed networking and observability support, resolving complex incidents, performing root-cause analysis, managing monitoring platforms, and maintaining client infrastructure. The role covers Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, SD-WAN, Linux, automation, security, documentation, governance reporting, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination. It also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting projects, improving processes, and delivering onsite technical services.

Provides second-line support for managed network infrastructure by monitoring systems, investigating incidents, resolving medium-complexity tickets, and coordinating escalations. Deploys and maintains network monitoring platforms, documents infrastructure, supports change management, audits tickets, analyzes trends, and identifies automation opportunities. Troubleshoots Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, SD-WAN, switching, wireless, routing, firewalls, and SNMP environments while supporting security investigations, reporting, disaster recovery, and client communications.

Provides advanced Level 3 managed services engineering for enterprise wired and wireless networks. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, monitoring, securing, troubleshooting, and documenting WLAN and network infrastructure; resolving complex incidents; conducting vulnerability assessments, audits, penetration testing, and forensic investigations; supporting change and disaster recovery processes; coordinating with vendors; mentoring junior engineers; and improving operations through automation.
