Develop and maintain large-scale software systems, including module and subsystem analysis, implementation planning, code reviews, QA specifications, stress and scalability testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. The role also involves collaborating with customers to define requirements and supporting payment-related technologies, including EMV, ISO 8583, secure algorithms, payment terminals, and smart card systems.

Supports settlement operations by handling customer inquiries, bank traces, chargebacks, reversals, discrepancies, adjustments, statements, billing, and accounting entries. The role also performs clerical duties, follows PCI and Interac requirements, supports month-end activities, and assists with special projects while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and customer service standards.

Supports the Accounting team with sales order processing, revenue and cost allocation, bank reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, record maintenance, month-end close activities, data entry, and accounting inquiries. Provides reception and administrative support as needed while ensuring accurate and timely financial transaction processing.

The role requires expertise in C/C++, Windows APIs, networking, payment protocols, SQL, and secure transaction technologies. Experience with EMV, smart cards, payment terminals, and certification is advantageous.

Processes and codes supplier invoices, reconciles vendor statements against purchase orders and receiving records, manages payment runs, maintains accurate accounts payable records and journal entries, and resolves invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries. The role also supports internal departments, monitors expenditures and variances, reviews postings for accuracy, improves accounts payable procedures, and provides backup reception coverage when needed.

Coordinates hardware projects from initiation through closeout, supporting schedules, documentation, stakeholder communication, client-site deployments, vendor coordination, risk escalation, logistics, reporting, and task completion. The role helps maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and compliance while supporting project meetings, status updates, lessons learned, and process improvements.

Manage customer accounts and software implementation initiatives from planning through delivery and closure. Coordinate product deployments, resources, onboarding, issue resolution, client communications, adoption, retention, satisfaction, promotions, and revenue-growth plans. Partner with Sales, Product Deployment, Marketing, and internal teams while supporting multiple geographically distributed clients. The role requires strong project management, relationship-building, presentation, organization, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel.
