This home-based remote role serves food packaging distributors, regional chains, prospects, and customers in Ontario and requires frequent travel, including overnight trips.

Manages sales operations for the Distribution sales team, including reporting, forecasting, analytics, customer initiatives, demand planning, inventory coordination, and cross-functional execution. Develops dashboards and processes, tracks performance, resolves issues, and aligns Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Customer Service to deliver customer commitments and growth objectives.

Manages sales growth across Western Canada by achieving territory revenue and profit goals, developing new accounts, maintaining distributor and customer relationships, demonstrating packaging products, negotiating agreements, analyzing sales trends, and closing transactions. This is a home-based remote role requiring 30–40% travel, including overnight trips, and at least five years of sales experience.
