Lead the mid-market commercial underwriting unit to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Provide strategic planning, oversee underwriting objectives, monitor industry trends, mentor and develop staff, support sales and negotiations, and implement process improvements to meet corporate and regional goals.

Develop and execute integrated content strategies across digital, print, and executive channels. Create thought leadership, award submissions, executive presentations, and campaigns. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear, audience-focused messaging while managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail.
