Leads electrical construction projects for water and wastewater treatment plants, overseeing teams, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractors, procurement, submittals, commissioning, closeout, and owner communications. The role requires high-voltage installation expertise, project planning, cost control, contract and scope review, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of heavy construction projects.

Support project financial administration for construction jobs: process project AP, maintain project accounting records, assist billing and cost reimbursements, perform month-end reconciliations, liaise with project teams and vendors, and ensure accurate job costing and documentation for billing and audit purposes.

Provide strategic and operational HR support across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee and labour relations, performance and organizational development, HR advisory, and HR metrics. Lead recruitment, onboarding, workplace investigations, collective agreement interpretation, learning and development, succession planning, and partner with leaders to drive people strategies and organizational change.
