Build scalable APIs, troubleshoot complex systems, conduct code reviews, optimize performance and security, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, contribute to planning, and maintain technical documentation.

Provides global R&D-level customer support for Nokia 1830 WDM systems, diagnosing and resolving issues across optical transmission, coherent transponders, software, and OTN switching. Responsibilities include analyzing field data, collaborating with R&D on root-cause correction, developing automated diagnostic tools, maintaining technical knowledge bases, and training field support teams.
