Sell warehousing and contract logistics solutions within an assigned territory: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals. Build strategic customer relationships, develop tailored proposals with internal teams, manage full sales cycle and pipeline in CRM, conduct site visits and market analysis, and represent the company at industry events to drive revenue and long-term customer retention.

Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network access. Manage IT tickets, create and maintain user accounts, troubleshoot VPN and connectivity, and support Microsoft 365 apps. Perform on-site and remote support, assist with asset tracking and security initiatives, escalate complex issues, and contribute to IT projects and process improvements.

Provide high-quality technical support for Warehouse Management Systems, acting as a liaison between teams, documenting interactions, and improving WMS operations.
